Return & Exchanges Policy

1. Unused and Unopened Products

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided that the original packaging is completely sealed and the item has not been used.

In such cases, the customer bears the delivery/shipping cost.

If the product was part of a promotional offer or discount, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the value of the discount. The full original price will not be refunded; instead, the net amount actually paid will be returned.

2. Opened or Used Products

Returns or exchanges are not permitted for any product that has been opened or used, due to health and safety regulations protecting consumers.

3. Defective Products (Manufacturing Faults)

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, it may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

The item will be collected by the company for inspection. If the defect is confirmed, the customer will be entitled to either a replacement or a full refund.

General Notes:

• Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original unopened packaging.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted for opened products, unless a clear and confirmed manufacturing defect is present.
• Returns or exchanges are allowed once per order only.
• All returned products are subject to inspection. Opened or used items will be safely disposed of in accordance with public health standards.
